The product is aimed to provide a secure and feature-rich environment for online tutoring. It provides a desktop solution for the tutor and student(s) to meet, discuss and learn. To make the ‘Virtual Classroom’ a reality, the product provides various tools and features such as, an interactive whiteboard, textual chat, image sharing and editing, file sharing and much more.
The complete management of the entire application is done through a web-portal, from where, the administrator or similarly privileged user(s) can add / remove users, which include – tutors, students, parents and clients. Also, it is possible to edit their profiles, monitor the sessions and assign tutors to students. There are options to view the chat / session histories and can remove it if needed. The upcoming features include online payment, real-time session scheduler, automated invoice generation and email reports to parents.The application behaves more or less similar to a web chat tool.
